I have worked with imports from China for more than ten years. I gained my experience directly in the Chinese market - I studied in China, speak Chinese at a conversational level, and have lived and worked there.

I served as an operations manager at a large manufacturing company in China. This gave me an understanding of importing and supplier cooperation not only from a commercial perspective, but also from an operational and production standpoint. I know manufacturing processes, commercial negotiations, quality control and the realities of doing business in China.

The objective is not simply to bring goods in from China. It is to manage the import in a considered, safe and commercially sound way.
